Shipping

We currently ship outside the Netherlands to Belgium, France, Germany and Italy.
Due to the Brexit, it is currently not possible to deliver in the UK, we are doing our best to get this done as soon as possible.

* Online orders from GB, outside the European Union and outside the US may be subject to import duties, additional fees and local taxes depending on the destination chosen and the product you order. 
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping costs for your order are automatically generated in the check-out.

Free shipping within the Netherlands from €150.

Different shipping rates apply for island states, therefore the information above may differ from the shipping rate in the checkout.

delivery methods

Delivery with Post NL

We find it important that your packages are delivered properly and neatly. Therefore Little Trophy uses the PostNL-service for sending parcels. This means that packages are offered to your chosen delivery address, where you always have to sign for receipt.Your package will not be offered to the neighbors with this service.

For easy tracking of your order and changing home deliveries, you can use the Track and Trace code you will receive once your order has been shipped. When the postal carrier has failed to deliver the package to you after 3 times, it will be returned to us.

Pick up at PostNL location in The Netherlands

If you prefer to pick up a package at a PostNL location near you, you can indicate this in the check-out of your order. We will make sure the package is sent to the desired location, where you can pick it up at your convenience. The package will remain at the location for five business days.

Little Trophy tries to ship your order as soon as possible. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the packages are offered from Little Trophy to Post NL.
The maximum delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Shipments outside Europe have an average delivery time of 4 to 6 working days.

return

We always strive to provide you with the best quality and service. If your online purchase for any reason does not meet your expectations then it is possible to return items.

NOTE: We will charge a return fee for this. These are equal to the paid and unpaid shipping costs.

The item you wish to return must be complete, unworn and undamaged within 14 days of receipt from PostNL. Different returns will not be processed. Should you not be able to offer your return within 14 days, we kindly ask you to inform us of your intention to return. After this the return must still be offered to us within 14 days.

Please contact us through our customer service department, please have your invoice number and address handy.

We only accept returns in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

How it works:

1. Confirm your request.
2. Follow the instructions.
3. Download the shipping label you receive from us with barcode.
4. Print this shipping label with barcode. Stick the shipping label on the package you want to return. Make sure the box contains something with your name on it, such as the packing slip or a handwritten bill.
5. Hand in the parcel (including the shipping label with barcode) at a postoffice service point. Ask for a deposit slip and keep it until we have transferred the amount to be returned!
Please note! You pay for your return shipment, you will not receive this amount back from us.
6. The package will be delivered to the shop within a few days.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days via your chosen payment method. You will be informed about this via email.

return Europe & Worldwide

You may return your item(s) with the requested return label. NOTE: We will charge a return fee for this. These are equal to the paid and unpaid shipping costs.

Should you wish to claim a refund of local taxes and import duties paid for your initial shipment, you must contact your local post office to do so.

Little Trophy is not liable for these charges.

pick up

In the check-out of your order you can choose the option 'pick up'. For picking up a package we are happy to make an appointment with you, after you place your order you will receive an email from us with more information. Please note that we do not have a physical store (yet) and you pick it up at the studio.
